It presents detailed recommendations, based on involvement from more than 1000 people, and workshops with over 300 Deaf and Disabled people and other members of our network. The recommendations include Introduce a Guaranteed Decent Income Replace PIP with a new additional costs non means tested benefit - co-produced with Deaf and disabled people. Develop a new ethos - of respect, dignity and support.
